Your Role at Common Room
As we expand, we are in search of a Head of Business Operations to establish and manage the internal systems, processes, and operational frameworks that facilitate efficient scaling of the company.
Role Overview
The Head of Business Operations will serve as the operational backbone of Common Room.
This key position involves designing and implementing the company's operational framework across Finance Operations, People Operations, and collaborative initiatives. The primary focus is on developing scalable processes, deploying effective systems, and enhancing overall execution.
You will collaborate closely with the CEO, VP of Revenue Operations, and the leadership team to pinpoint operational challenges, enact enhancements, and ensure the company's growth is free from operational or technical liabilities.
This role is perfect for an individual who thrives on resolving intricate operational issues, establishing systems, and optimizing organizational efficiency.

- Build and manage the operational model of the company, including forecasting, strategic planning, and operational rhythms.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans.
