As the Head of Commercial for Serbia, your primary responsibility will be to forge and nurture strategic partnerships with restaurants, expanding their presence on our platform while leading your team to achieve ambitious sales and growth objectives.
This pivotal role places you within the commercial leadership team for Glovo Serbia, collaborating closely with our headquarters team.

YOUR JOURNEY
- Define and execute a comprehensive long-term commercial strategy for Serbia.
- Support local teams in building a robust partner portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and initiating collaborative partnerships.
- Establish processes that enable scaling the commercial efforts while maintaining quality and support across the region.
- Lead and mentor your direct and indirect team to success—recruit top talent, empower them to excel, and foster their professional development.
- Direct local commercial teams to meet sales targets while cultivating strong relationships with partners.
- Collaborate intensively with your team during critical negotiations to secure significant deals with leading chains and major accounts.
- Drive, structure, and analyze daily operations and information flow with local Commercial Managers—setting goals, delegating tasks, and overseeing team performance.
- Work in tandem with our HQ Commercial department to define commissions, rewards, and incentives that motivate the local team.
- Coordinate and manage the defined Commercial KPIs alongside the Operations and Marketing teams.
- Actively engage with colleagues to foster a supportive environment that encourages growth and impactful contributions.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of over 20 individuals.
- Anticipate challenges and enhance processes to create new business opportunities.
