MISSION:
Achieve the defined sales and revenue targets for the entire product portfolio in Indonesia by:
- Leading and managing existing business development initiatives.
- Overseeing the continual assessment of client portfolio performance.
- Forecasting potential prospects.
- Building and nurturing relationships across a range of distribution channels, including brokers, factors, banks, and structured finance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Create a detailed action plan to achieve current and new business strategies, considering both macro and microeconomic forecasts. Establish procedures for effective implementation.
- Conduct needs assessments with key clients and prospects to tailor actions and products that align with their individual requirements, objectives, and risk appetites.
- Ensure the entity meets established sales and revenue targets through diligent activity management while controlling costs.
- Analyze feedback from the sales team to identify market trends, opportunities for market expansion, and provide insights to the Marketing department.
- Identify initiatives to enhance the range and quality of products and services offered, advising the Marketing department accordingly.
Sales Force Management in a Collaborative Environment:
- Lead, direct, and coach the acquisition, development, and retention of clients through consistent promotion of Coface products.
- Proactively market to clients and prospects, offering support for field sales and ongoing guidance on client engagement.
- Identify appropriate business targets for the sales force and establish individual or collective performance goals.
- Monitor outcomes from meetings with current and prospective clients concerning their financial needs and aspirations.
- Spot cross-selling opportunities.
- Source new high-value clients.
- Ensure the complete utilization of the customer management system.
- Oversee the identification, pursuit, and closing of sales opportunities across the entire product range.
- Guarantee that all credit insurance documentation is thorough, accurate, verified, and adheres to company regulations.
- Lead negotiations for major commercial accounts.
- Play a key role in recruiting, training, motivating, and coaching the sales team to optimize efficiency.
- Manage the agent network (where applicable) and maintain high-level relationships with key brokers.
- Actively engage in skill development programs for key personnel.
Customer Service:
- Mobilize resources as needed to support clients effectively.
