Key Responsibilities
- Steer profitable growth strategies across Southeast Asia and India.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales goals and attract new clientele.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key retail partners, ensuring leading market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver a unified Charlotte Tilbury experience.
- Craft and negotiate innovative joint business plans that invite new customers to explore our brand.
- Enhance customer engagement through exceptional in-store and online experiences.
- Oversee account management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Lead and mentor a team of Senior Sales and Retail Managers, fostering their professional growth through effective coaching.
- Accurately predict sales trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Reports directly to the Brand Director for Southeast Asia.
