The Role
In your capacity as Head of Community, you will define and lead Lovable’s global community strategy, serving as a critical lever for business growth and user retention. This role intersects product, marketing, and growth, positioning community as a measurable driver of activation, retention, expansion, and brand equity.
You will adopt a player-coach approach, architecting the strategy, launching programs from the ground up, and establishing operational models that demonstrate how community initiatives directly contribute to revenue and long-term customer value. You will lead and expand a team while personally spearheading impactful initiatives in the early stages of development.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate across departments—Growth, Product, Sales, and Brand—to ensure community initiatives are closely aligned with corporate growth targets and deliver measurable business results.
Key Performance Indicators:
Percentage of new users activated through community engagement (community to product activation rate)
User retention rates at 30/60/90 days for community-engaged users versus non-engaged users
Conversion rate of non-Lovable community members to active Lovable users
Expansion revenue generated from community initiatives
