Role Overview
As we create category-defining AI products for legal professionals, the market is evolving rapidly.
We are seeking a data-driven, full-funnel marketing leader to architect and scale our demand generation engine. This individual will be responsible for formulating the strategy, systems, and execution that transform awareness into a qualified pipeline and revenue. You will lead a team across marketing operations, analytics, campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, website optimization, and email/lifecycle marketing.
Your mission: to design a predictable, scalable growth engine that integrates storytelling, targeting, and data analytics—converting our exceptional brand momentum into quantifiable business results.
This role is part of the Marketing department and collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Business Tech, and Customer Success teams globally. If you are a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator who enjoys merging data, storytelling, and enablement in a high-growth environment—this role is tailored for you.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including budget allocation and resource management, to align with Harvey’s go-to-market strategy. Establish a cohesive demand generation strategy across paid, organic, field, and lifecycle channels to drive pipeline growth.
