About the job
At Headway, our mission is ambitious: to create an accessible mental health care system for everyone. We have developed innovative technology that connects individuals with exceptional therapists through the first nationwide software-enabled network of providers who accept insurance.
In the United States, 1 in 4 individuals struggle with a treatable mental health condition, yet a significant number of providers do not accept insurance, rendering therapy unaffordable for many. Headway is committed to transforming mental health care by simplifying the insurance acceptance process for therapists, thereby enabling them to expand their practices.
Founded in 2019, Headway has rapidly evolved into a diverse national network consisting of over 60,000 mental health care providers across all 50 states. Our software has facilitated services for over 1 million patients. As a Series D company, we have secured more than $325 million in funding from prominent investors including a16z (Andreessen Horowitz), Accel, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Spark Capital, Thrive Capital, Forerunner Ventures, and Health Care Service Corporation.
We aim for your journey with us to be the most rewarding experience of your career. Join us in our mission to enhance mental health care for all.
