Role Overview:
As the Head of Go-To-Market (GTM) at Newcode.ai, you will design and lead the strategy that positions our AI platform in the market. This hands-on role, akin to that of a founder, encompasses defining our GTM strategy, establishing scalable sales and marketing processes, managing customer onboarding and enablement, driving product adoption, and overseeing customer expansion and retention. You will be responsible for achieving consistent revenue growth throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Leadership:
- Develop and implement Newcode’s GTM strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Recruit, nurture, and retain top-tier GTM talent to cultivate a high-performing team.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams around a cohesive growth plan that yields measurable outcomes.
Revenue & Sales:
- Build and lead a high-performance revenue team.
- Establish repeatable sales processes and enforce forecasting discipline.
- Drive pipeline generation transitioning from founder-led to scalable and repeatable sales.
Customer Success & Expansion:
- Directly manage customer onboarding and usage growth to ensure swift realization of value and scalability with the product.
- Develop scalable customer education and support frameworks.
- Act as the customers’ advocate, providing real-world insights to inform product decisions.
