As the Head of Growth and Marketing Lead at teamified, you will be the leading marketing strategist responsible for shaping and executing our marketing vision. Collaborating closely with our founders, you will drive initiatives through both our internal team and external partners. This role requires full accountability for the marketing roadmap, performance metrics, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategy & Prioritization: Develop the growth model by identifying customer segments, crafting offers, establishing positioning, and defining channel roles. Create and manage a prioritized growth roadmap with clear experimentation cycles, and establish essential metrics with strong feedback loops across marketing, operations, and revenue.
2. Performance Marketing Leadership: Oversee the paid acquisition strategy, manage budgets, testing, and creative direction. Stabilize the acquisition engine for driving lessons and enhance profitability while addressing performance issues.
3. Funnel, Conversion & Lifecycle Management: Optimize the complete conversion process from landing page to customer retention. Enhance lifecycle management systems, including email/SMS marketing, reactivation strategies, referrals, and customer reviews.
4. Organic Growth & AEO/GEO Implementation: Build a scalable SEO system to extend our reach from Adelaide to multiple cities. Create a content engine focused on improving rankings and conversion rates, and apply AEO/GEO strategies for local visibility.
5. Expansion Readiness: Define the criteria for expansion readiness, develop a systematic approach for city launches, and prepare a comprehensive growth playbook for national rollout.
