Having recently launched our self-serve API, we are poised for a significant Product-Led Growth (PLG) surge aimed at digital health platforms, developers, and specialized clinics.
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Growth to design, implement, and scale our Go-To-Market strategy from the ground up.
The Role
As the Head of Growth in a pre-Series A AI startup, you will be a vital player in our development, rather than managing an extensive existing team or following a conventional marketing playbook. This is not a position for a purely strategic architect; you will be a hands-on leader, actively building the systems you design.
Your primary objective is to transform our self-serve API into a high-velocity acquisition machine. You will oversee the entire user lifecycle—from generating top-of-funnel developer awareness to ensuring activation, retention, and enterprise pipeline growth. Collaborating closely with the founders, you will align our clinical models with our ambitious market adoption goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Architect & Execute the PLG Motion: Create and personally implement the comprehensive Product-Led Growth strategy, including campaign setup, messaging, and defining the discovery, testing, and integration process for our Sona-2 API.
- Hands-On Funnel & Analytics: Establish robust tracking, attribution, and analytics frameworks. You will engage with the tools daily, focusing on key metrics such as CAC, LTV, activation rates, and time-to-first-API-call, continually refining processes to eliminate friction.
- Developer & Clinical Marketing: Develop the positioning, messaging, and campaigns needed to earn the trust of both technical developers and skeptical clinical buyers.
