Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Growth (Marketing) to lead and elevate our growth and marketing initiatives during a crucial phase of our company's expansion.
This pivotal senior leadership position encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing responsibilities, including growth strategy, demand generation, lifecycle management, brand positioning, and trust-building, with a strong emphasis on achieving measurable outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will shape Frontera's market approach across various stakeholders, including providers, enterprise partners, and a growing direct-to-parent strategy. Your role will involve constructing the foundational systems, team infrastructure, and growth strategies that will compound and evolve over time.
Success in this position will require a blend of analytical acumen and creative marketing instincts, enabling you to foster trust in a regulated sector while driving adoption, pipeline growth, and long-term brand loyalty.
What You’ll Own
Growth Strategy and Go-To-Market Architecture
- Lead Frontera’s comprehensive growth strategy encompassing B2B, B2B2C, and consumer engagement
- Develop and enhance performance marketing and lifecycle systems focused on acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- Create experimentation frameworks that accelerate learning and optimize customer acquisition costs and return on investment over time
- Establish funnel forecasting and growth models to inform prioritization, resource allocation, and go-to-market decisions
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Clinical, and Operations teams to drive activation, adoption, and conversion through clearly defined growth metrics
- Develop scalable demand generation systems across inbound, outbound, lifecycle, and community-driven channels
