ABOUT THE JOB
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Growth to join our rapidly expanding team in Reston, VA. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the sales of innovative products still in their developmental stages. Your leadership will drive sales campaigns aimed at bolstering Anduril’s footprint within the IC by advocating for our newly developed technologies. You will explore customization options for critical future missions and collaborate closely with technical experts to foster further innovation. This position requires a seasoned professional with a robust network of key stakeholders within the IC.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Leverage your personal network to lead impactful sales campaigns for a diverse range of products.
- Establish and nurture trusted partnerships with senior leaders in the IC, DoD, and civilian US government sectors, focusing on identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist clients in fulfilling their operational requirements by facilitating the delivery of novel capabilities, products, and technologies that our team can develop or provide.
- Advise leadership by formulating long-term growth strategies and product roadmaps for our programs.
