The Role
We are in search of a visionary Director of Information Technology to spearhead and expand our global IT operations. In this pivotal role, you will chart the strategic direction, implementation, and enhancement of our IT infrastructure, service delivery, internal systems, and enterprise applications company-wide. Your leadership will guarantee operational excellence, optimal system performance, and a secure, scalable environment that supports our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership in IT Operations: Shape the vision and roadmap for our global IT operations, encompassing network infrastructure, end-user support, SaaS systems administration, identity management, and endpoint security.
Oversight of Enterprise Systems: Direct the design, deployment, and integration of critical enterprise systems such as GL, ERP (e.g., NetSuite), HRIS, and CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring they meet performance standards, compliance requirements, and align with business objectives.
Performance & Reliability Management: Oversee service availability, incident management, and system reliability across all enterprise tools and IT services. Implement comprehensive monitoring, metrics, and escalation protocols.
Security & Compliance Management: Ensure that all IT operations comply with regulations and best practices, safeguarding the organization against potential risks and vulnerabilities.
