Position Overview
We are in search of a dynamic Head of Marketing to collaborate with Bloom's General Manager in spearheading the go-to-market strategy and execution for our platform. This high-impact, hands-on role encompasses ownership of member acquisition, activation, and retention across all channels.
Your contributions will be pivotal to Bloom's success. You will directly influence how women discover and engage with Bloom, the speed of member acquisition, and the effectiveness of our communication regarding our value proposition to those who need it the most. You will work at the intersection of brand creativity and performance marketing, harmonizing innovative creative endeavors with structured measurement and optimization.
