Your Responsibilities:
As the Head of Marketing, you will spearhead consistent pipeline growth across essential sectors by scaling multi-channel marketing efforts. Your focus will be on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), enhancing brand equity, and accelerating buyer conversions through the sales funnel using targeted content, paid initiatives, and website optimization/conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Oversee the marketing function comprehensively, from strategic planning to execution.
Establish and enhance our brand presence in the market, defining clear positioning and messaging.
Drive steady pipeline growth across key verticals.
Create targeted content, manage paid programs, and optimize our website for conversions.
Generate qualified leads and streamline the buyer journey through the sales funnel.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Collaborate across departments with product, sales, and other teams to drive results.
