Mission of the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to drive demand for events featured on the Plots app.
Your ultimate goal: ensure that 50% of attendees at our event hosts’ gatherings are drawn in by your marketing efforts.
You will focus on acquiring the ideal users, guiding them toward events, and shaping the brand identity that will define Plots for years to come. As the first member of a streamlined go-to-market (GTM) team dedicated entirely to demand generation, you will pioneer new ways to foster culture, virality, and community around events in emerging markets.

You will lead marketing and user acquisition efforts at Plots. You’ll establish the foundational playbook that will guide future team members.
You will influence our brand identity. Your marketing strategies will shape the culture that our audience associates with Plots.
You will engage with event organizers directly. Our event hosts will flourish as you attract attendees, allowing you to build relationships with many top organizers on our platform.
What You’ll Do
Take full ownership of driving 50% of attendees to our current event hosts’ gatherings.
Develop organic and viral demand through structured content frameworks, rather than relying on chance.
Quickly create, edit, and publish original content (video, design, etc.) to engage our audience.
Conduct content and growth experiments, scaling successful initiatives and discontinuing those that don’t yield results.
Collaborate with our GTM team to implement a significant aspect of our city launching strategy.
First 90 Days

Produce your first 50+ pieces of original content.
Demonstrate real traction in attracting attendees to genuine events.
Establish the marketing system that future hires will build upon.
