We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to spearhead Move's marketing initiatives as we enter our second year in the market.
In this highly visible full-stack marketing leadership role, you will blend creativity with performance-driven strategies, showcasing your passion for direct-to-consumer campaigns and compelling creative writing. Reporting directly to the Move General Manager, you will collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Design, Content, and Central Marketing teams to accelerate growth among our top employer and health plan clients. You will oversee the entire marketing funnel, crafting and executing campaigns designed to drive member enrollments, engagement, and long-term retention. This role involves leading comprehensive A/B testing, optimizing conversion rates across enrollment and lifecycle journeys, and honing the brand narrative that distinguishes Move from other digital fitness solutions.
