Role Overview
As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our partnership strategy, focusing on three primary segments: compensation consultants and technology partners. Your goal is to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships that enhance Ravio’s market visibility, stimulate revenue growth, and reinforce our status as a trusted leader in compensation intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Relationship Management
Develop and refine Ravio’s comprehensive partnership strategy.
Continuously evaluate partner satisfaction and identify opportunities for enhanced collaboration.
Collaboration with Compensation Consultants
Forge strategic alliances with compensation and HR consultancy firms to embed Ravio’s solutions into their client offerings.
Co-develop value propositions and market entry strategies with consultancy partners.
Development of Technology Partnerships
Identify and collaborate with complementary technology providers (e.g., HRIS, payroll, ATS providers) to drive integrated solutions.
