We are seeking a passionate individual for the role of Head of Research & Development (m/f/d). In this pivotal position, you will take charge of our laboratory, lead a motivated team, and actively drive the development of new sustainable products. Together, we will set new standards in the realms of laundry, personal care, and cleaning products—from the initial concept to the finished product.

As the Head of Research & Development in our laboratory, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and executing projects for the development of new products and the optimization of existing products in the fields of laundry, personal care, and cleaning agents.
Coordinating experimental series with the laboratory team.
Overseeing external testing and performance evaluations.
Managing certification processes for raw materials and formulations.
Implementing strategic requirements for the development of new products.
Conducting market observation for innovations.
Translating company strategy into product strategy.
Assisting in scale-up processes and initial productions of new products.
Overseeing laboratory organization and workflow processes.
Training laboratory staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
