The Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) will play a pivotal role in enhancing our unified revenue operating system, primarily built on HubSpot Enterprise, ensuring that essential revenue workflows are not only functional but also measurable and scalable.
This role requires a proactive leader who will be directly accountable for overseeing the integrity of revenue systems, enhancing lifecycle performance, providing clear forecasting, and executing strategies across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Architecture & System Ownership
- Enhance and manage HubSpot as the central revenue operating system integrating subscriptions, advertising, affiliate, and editorial streams.
- Create lifecycle frameworks that align with long-term financial objectives and evolving insights into customer lifetime value.
- Ensure data integrity and preparedness for decision-making related to revenue and cohort performance.
- Lead strategies for first-party data, identity resolution, enrichment, and audience identification systems.
- Establish measurable workflows linked to revenue outcomes, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) prior to implementation and facilitating automated reporting.
- GTM & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Unify sales, marketing, editorial, production, and leadership teams around consistent lifecycle stages and revenue definitions.
- Develop structured revenue operating standards in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment, promoting disciplined system adoption.
- Influence sales behavior through well-defined stage criteria, performance standards, and accountability frameworks.
- Translate strategic initiatives into operational systems within HubSpot and connected platforms.
- Collaborate with external technical and development partners to ensure reliable system implementation.
- Assess implementation scope and financial impact to facilitate informed investment decisions.
- Revenue Lifecycle & Channel Orchestration
- Design and manage multi-channel revenue journeys across various platforms including email, direct mail, SMS, web, social media, telemarketing, and print.
- Build and optimize systems for acquisition, renewal, retention, and reactivation across both digital and traditional channels.
- Support salesperson-assisted advertising and telemarketing initiatives through structured data and analytics.
