About the job
The Head of Sales Department is instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive strategies, policies, and procedures for engaging corporate and insurance clients, as well as private patients. This role aligns with the overarching vision, mission, strategic focus, and performance objectives of the Group. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various Commercial teams, Finance, and Legal departments to prepare and scrutinize Corporate/Insurance proposals and contracts.
In this leadership role, you will guide, mentor, and expand a dedicated sales team, ensuring the effective deployment of Group-wide strategies and policies concerning business contracts with corporate partners, insurance clients, and private patients.
Responsibilities include reviewing current partnerships with key accounts to identify and mitigate potential risks that could jeopardize contracts during their term or at renewal time. You will also provide strategic advice and direction to Regions and/or Hospitals, particularly concerning significant business accounts, and participate in complex negotiations.
Additionally, you will periodically evaluate strategies to engage private patients, corporate accounts, and insurance clients, aiming to enhance referral processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
