Join our dynamic team as the Head of Sales for the South America Region at Teltonika, where we are on a mission to redefine the telematics landscape. As part of our expanding South America sales team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy and driving growth.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit is renowned for developing innovative GPS tracking devices that enhance fleet management across various sectors including logistics, agriculture, car sharing, and construction. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we are setting new benchmarks in the telematics industry.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of over 25 Sales Managers across 4+ groups in the South American market, providing strategic guidance to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Drive sustainable business growth while ensuring robust operational support across our offices in Brazil and Chile.
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to meet sales objectives and penetrate new customer segments and markets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover growth opportunities and evaluate market potential.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners and proactively engage potential clients to expand and solidify business connections.
Your Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years at Teltonika Telematics being a significant advantage, including at least 2 years in a leadership role demonstrating success.
- Proven track record in building, leading, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Results-oriented, highly organized, and possessing strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Adaptable and proactive, with the confidence to make independent decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
