What you can expect from us:
Commission: The opportunity to earn above-average income with no upper limit. Your base salary is €100,000 plus uncapped commission.

Your New Role:
Strategic and operational leadership of the sales department
Leading and developing the sales team
Developing and implementing sales strategies
Building and maintaining long-term customer and partner relationships
Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify new business areas
Responsible for revenue and profitability targets in your area of responsibility
Close collaboration with management and other departments
Your Qualifications:
You are a communicative sales professional with leadership experience and a clear understanding of market and customer needs.
Your strengths lie in strategy development and the consistent implementation of sales concepts.
You possess leadership skills, motivate your team, and create structures that foster growth.
You work in a goal-oriented, structured, and entrepreneurial manner.
A degree in a relevant field is preferred, but extensive experience will also be considered.
