Your Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and commercially astute leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive our growth in the Netherlands.
In this pivotal role, you will lead an exceptional Direct Sales team responsible for achieving our diverse sales targets, catering to small businesses as well as mid-market and large enterprises. As a natural commercial leader, you will inspire and motivate both junior and senior sales professionals to pursue opportunities, creatively leverage our outstanding product offerings to address client needs, and ultimately secure successful deals. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and collaborate closely with both local and central teams across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and execute a cohesive local sales strategy that aligns with Mollie’s overarching business objectives and market dynamics.
Shape and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services in close collaboration with the Product and Marketing teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations for significant business contracts and manage all contractual discussions.
Develop effective negotiation strategies to secure profitable contracts for our clients.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of a high-achieving sales team.
Inspire and guide the sales team to reach their full potential.
Consistently meet and exceed annual sales targets through strong leadership and strategic execution.
Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast sales, and refine sales methodologies.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend enhancements.
