The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience, technical knowledge, and exceptional leadership skills. As the Head of Security, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing security strategies that align with our company's goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and execute the company’s security strategy.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Oversee access control protocols within the organization.
- Train and support employees on security-related issues.
- Evaluate, update, and enhance security measures based on industry developments and adopt new technologies when necessary.
- Engage and collaborate regularly with senior management on relevant matters.
- Manage relationships with security partners and suppliers.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in project management.
- Background in managing criminal behavior.
- Strategic thinker with risk assessment capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and trust across departments.
- Demonstrated experience in crisis management and handling high-stress incidents professionally.
- Responsible handling of sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Security, Business Administration, Public Order, or equivalent. A Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
- At least 7-10 years of proven experience in corporate security roles, preferably in organizations with extensive geographic presence or retail commerce.
- Knowledge and experience in physical security management (store, warehouse, and office security), and handling criminal behavior (thefts, assaults, vandalism).
- Proficiency in security technology tools, including CCTV & Video Analytics, Access Control Systems, and AI-based surveillance systems.
- Understanding of workplace safety legislation and privacy laws (GDPR).
- Experience in developing and implementing security protocols and crisis management strategies.
