The Opportunity
As the Head of Talent at Triumph Arcade, you will take charge of the complete hiring process for the organization, focusing on technical roles. Collaborating closely with the VP of Engineering, you will ensure swift hiring while upholding high standards, refining processes, and adapting as the company scales. This position offers you the chance to work directly with the co-founders and other executives, building a team that will drive our business growth as we expand into new platforms and countries this year.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the scaling of our team from 30 to hundreds by overseeing the hiring process from sourcing to final offer, optimizing your time across both technical and non-technical roles.
Work hand-in-hand with co-founders and department heads to thoroughly understand team requirements, role specifications, and identify top talent for each position.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage, from initial contact to offer and onboarding, serving as a guide and advocate for candidates.
Develop and maintain robust pipelines for high-priority and ongoing roles; leverage data to monitor successes, identify areas for enhancement, and create scalable systems to significantly boost our hiring capabilities over time.
Collaborate with the team to establish and refine our recruiting infrastructure (ATS, sourcing tools, reporting) and develop streamlined, scalable processes.
Possess an understanding of when and how to utilize contract staffing to facilitate effective hiring as we grow.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, ideally with some background in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences.
