As the Head of Technical Services, you will hold one of the most pivotal roles in our hotel. Not only do you ensure the building operates smoothly, but you also empower your team to execute their tasks with joy and expertise every day. You oversee everything: from daily reports and maintenance to larger projects, safety, and planning. Thanks to your leadership, our hotel remains technically secure, well-maintained, and operationally robust—just as our guests expect from Van der Valk.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Technical Services within our hotel, you will:
Plan and allocate tasks within your team;
Monitor quality, safety, progress, and costs;
Coordinate both preventive and corrective maintenance;
Manage breakdowns and ensure swift follow-up;
Collaborate with external parties for specialized tasks;
Guide technical projects, renovations, and replacements;
Identify bottlenecks and initiate improvements;
Ensure clear reporting, current certifications, and solid administrative foundations.
