The Role...
As a Head Waiter/Waitress at Soho House, you will be pivotal in creating exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. Collaborating closely with the Restaurant Manager and Front of House team, you will oversee day-to-day service operations on the floor, ensuring that staff are well-guided and maintain the high standards that embody the identity of our club.
Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that every member enjoys a memorable experience, providing outstanding service from the moment they arrive, through taking orders, making personalized recommendations, and handling the payment process.

Key Duties...
- Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and ensure immediate engagement upon seating.
- Oversee the flow of service and ensure that all guests receive top-notch service throughout their visit.
- Assist in training and guiding junior staff to uphold our service standards.
- Continuously monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
