We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Headwaiter (Σερβιτόρος Α') to become a vital member of the Elix hotel team for the 2026 season in Perdika, Thesprotia.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to customers, consistently exceeding their expectations in line with brand standards.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the brand's concept, history, and vision, and articulate this when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of food hygiene and safety in all practices.
- Communicate effectively regarding out-of-stock items and promptly inform management of low stock levels.
- Engage actively with both colleagues and customers to foster a positive environment.
- Report any issues to management or team leaders immediately to ensure swift resolution.
- Make informed decisions that positively impact customer experience and personal work.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, contributing ideas and suggestions as needed.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all products, confidently detailing offerings to customers.
- Efficiently take orders, posing relevant questions to ensure accuracy.
- Complete all assigned side duties and cleaning tasks as outlined in daily checklists.
- Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly checklist requirements for the outlet.

- Solid knowledge of food, wines, and spirits.
- Graduates from Hospitality and Tourism Schools will be viewed favorably.
