The Health Information Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in client and customer service, acting as an expert resource for the Health Information Services (HIS) team. This position emphasizes frontline management and training, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines. Supporting the Health Information Operations Manager, this role involves maintaining workflow efficiency, addressing escalated issues, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, you'll assist with onboarding new staff, engage with clients, and enhance team development across multiple locations.
This is an onsite position located in Murray, UT. Eligible for a $5,000 retention bonus — $2,500 at 90 days and $2,500 at 12 months, contingent upon continuous employment and good standing.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, training, and motivating a dynamic and enthusiastic team.
- Collaborating with leadership on challenges and opportunities.
- Overseeing the Audit Team, managing requests from Payors.
- Analyzing data to offer solutions to clients and leadership.
- Introducing innovative ideas and process enhancements to internal stakeholders.
- Managing client Risk Management Team requests effectively.
- Leading client locations and adapting to changing needs.
