Position Highlights:
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST
- Location: This position is based in Glendale Heights, IL 60139
- Thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
- Handles medical record requests through direct communication with patients, insurance providers, and legal representatives to ensure accurate health status reporting.
- Documents information across multiple platforms while utilizing dual computer monitors.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Processing patient health information requests in compliance with company and facility protocols.
- Upholding confidentiality and security standards for all sensitive information.
- Maintaining proficiency in company and facility-specific software tools.
- Adhering to the Code of Conduct and relevant policies established by both the company and client facilities.
- Communicating with management regarding any operational challenges or variations in workload.
- Assisting with additional tasks or responsibilities as needed.
- Consistently applying medical privacy regulations to prevent unauthorized information disclosure.
- Managing and safeguarding patient health records with a focus on HIPAA compliance.
- Preparing new patient charts by gathering necessary documents from both paper and electronic health records.
- Ensuring accurate assembly of medical records in standard order for completeness and precision.
