We are currently in search of an HSE Manager to join our dedicated HSE team. The ideal candidate will possess educational credentials, training, and hands-on experience in the construction HSE sector, along with a fervent commitment to the health and well-being of others.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and execution of HSE management systems tailored to meet project requirements, including site-specific plans and programs.
- Deliver technical and behavioral leadership and guidance to the assigned project team.
- Design, facilitate, and/or conduct HSE training sessions as necessary, ensuring all training is monitored internally as required.
- Assist management and supervisory staff in planning, recognizing, evaluating, and mitigating risks.
- Provide direction and support to all employees under your supervision.
- Regularly update project and Nox Management on the status of the project’s HSE culture and performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting with internal and external stakeholders, including claims processing, return-to-work protocols, light duty assignments, claim closures, and discrepancy resolution.
- Lead incident investigations, including causal analyses, and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Maintain effective communication with Nox personnel, clients, trade partners, visitors, and vendors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a strong educational background in HSE management, relevant certifications, and a proven track record in the construction industry. A passion for ensuring workplace safety and health is essential.
