Your mission will be to enhance lead generation and facilitate move-ins to senior living communities from your assigned accounts. We seek a driven individual eager to forge lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and adept at finding innovative strategies to grow accounts and provide care solutions to families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in a fast-paced industry, assisting families and referral sources with seniors needing urgent placement in a suitable community or home care agency.
Achieve your monthly quota by generating qualified patient referrals from your designated accounts.
Maintain and nurture a portfolio of clients, including social workers, case managers, and discharge planners within hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.
Expand your accounts to increase referral volumes within your territory.
Develop new contacts through networking, cold calling, and service presentations. Follow up on discharge outcomes to showcase the value of A Place for Mom.
Educate families about their care options, collaborating with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to secure the right living arrangement as they transition.
Partner with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet your referral goals.
Utilize and analyze reports in our CRM to effectively manage your pipeline.
Test new initiatives and processes within your territory, providing feedback to enhance available tools and resources.
