We are excited to invite an Architecture Design Coordinator to our vibrant Healthcare team. Here, you will engage in a culture that promotes extensive collaboration, technical mastery, and ongoing professional development. Our healthcare projects include initiatives such as the Hoag Hospital Expansion, Memorial Care Medical Foundation Office Building, and Hoag Orthopedic Institute Ambulatory Surgery Center. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across our locations in California and Texas to help realize high-performance, community-centered design.
Your Responsibilities:
As an Architectural Design Coordinator, you will play a vital role from project inception to completion, collaborating closely with project teams to:
Assist Project Architects, Project Designers, and Project Managers with specific tasks.
Prepare and manage documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
Develop and implement innovative design and detailing solutions.
Support Project Leaders with client engagement and project management.
Aid in contract administration by reviewing submissions and addressing RFIs.
Research materials, systems, and construction techniques to align with design objectives.
Mentor junior designers while receiving guidance from senior team members.
