Cork area, specifically in Banteer.
Position Overview:
This is a part-time role, requiring 4 hours of service each week during the following shifts:
Every Saturday, Sunday, and Bank holidays from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM & 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
What We Provide
*We are pleased to announce a 9.25% pay increase scheduled over the next two years (2025 to October 2026), in accordance with the recent WRC agreement for enhanced pay adjustments within Section 39 organizations.*
The salary range for this position is €15.39 – €17.12 per hour based on experience levels.
Hours before 8 AM and after 8 PM - from €19.23 per hour
Sunday rates start at €23.00 per hour
Public Holidays are compensated at €30.80 per hour

Purpose of the Role
- The primary aim of this position is to empower our Members to achieve maximum independence in their daily lives by providing support in various aspects such as personal care, domestic assistance, social and educational support, travel, and companionship.
- The role is community-based, taking place within the homes and surroundings of our Members.
Communication and Coordination
- Building and maintaining key relationships is essential for effective role execution. You will liaise and coordinate with other home carers as necessary and maintain close communication with the ALS Coordinator and scheduling staff.
