We seek a motivated and independent professional to strengthen and expand our relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, medical assistants, and physicians, to further enhance our esteemed reputation in the healthcare community.
Compensation:
$60K-$110K Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Potential
Opportunity to earn commission on all referrals!
Territory Coverage: Pearland
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in Home Health.
Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and the community, focusing on patient care.
Prioritize compassionate patient care and enhance patient satisfaction.
Facilitate seamless transitions from hospital to home settings.
Conduct patient visits prior to discharge to set clear expectations.
Foster trusting relationships with patients and their healthcare teams.
Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources.
Maintain detailed records of marketing activities and strategic initiatives.
Identify and resolve service issues, focusing on patient and referral source satisfaction.
Work in a mixed remote/in-person environment.
Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with external accreditation review standards and adherence to all relevant laws, including HIPAA regulations.
Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Proactive in presenting innovative ideas to management regarding marketing strategies.
