Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Contract Recruiter to facilitate the expansion of our teams as we onboard new business. This role will involve collaboration with leaders in our contact centers and patient access teams to drive high-volume hiring initiatives. The contract duration is 4 months, with an immediate start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job requisition intake and passive candidate sourcing to screening, interview facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and negotiating offers.
- Enhance SmithRx’s employer brand to attract qualified candidates and raise awareness among both active and passive job seekers.
- Utilize market data and insights to guide hiring managers in making informed strategic decisions.
