Privia Health is actively seeking a dynamic Healthcare Sales Executive, referred to as a Growth Director, to enhance our thriving sales team. The Growth Director will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment of healthcare providers into Privia Medical Group (PMG). We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of securing complex business agreements and consistently surpassing sales targets.
Travel Requirement: 80% territory travel throughout the Greater Indianapolis area
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the market and create a strategic target list of independent primary care physicians and specialists.
Engage in new business development, dedicating 70% of time to face-to-face sales meetings and presentations with physicians.
Manage follow-up communications with interested physicians to advance opportunities towards closure.
Utilize Salesforce to track activities, leads, and pending deals while participating in weekly sales meetings.
Share innovative ideas and best practices with the national sales team.
Provide ongoing relationship management and sales support to established practices.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance lead generation for key accounts and new ventures.
Build relationships with local partners and distributors to foster business growth.
Take initiative to establish new markets for Privia as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
