Role Overview:
The Helpdesk Engineer is a vital, client-facing position focused on supporting project and deployment tasks during the onboarding of CyberSheath Managed Services clients. You will collaborate with new clients to assess their IT architecture, implement CyberSheath technologies, and identify potential security gaps.
This role involves working within a project team to manage and execute migration and implementation projects for our clients’ IT systems. A thorough knowledge of both on-premise and cloud-hosted Microsoft systems (including Office 365 and Azure) is essential for successfully managing customer environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and deliver computer systems and services, encompassing both on-premise and cloud-hosted solutions.
- Conduct migrations to Office 365 (including email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), facilitate server migrations to Azure, and implement various Azure technologies.
- Design and implement secure cloud solutions within Office 365 and Azure.
- Perform architecture design, system evaluations, analysis, and infrastructure assessments.
- Deploy and maintain essential tools and monitoring agents, including endpoint protection, vulnerability management, log collection, multifactor authentication, and RMM.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities, including case notes and time entries.
