Join our team as an HGV I Field Technician (Emergency Water Tanker Operative) based near Colchester. This role involves a flexible shift pattern including days, nights, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as needed.
To succeed in this position, you must possess a valid C+E Licence, a Digital Drivers Card, and a current Drivers CPC accreditation.

They play a crucial role in assisting Water Utilities during mains supply disruptions, ensuring continuous water supply to the public through tanker services and alternative delivery methods.
Additionally, they cater to the Commercial and Private sectors, offering bulk water supply for construction projects, festivals, petrochemical operations, and other industries. Their commitment extends to providing Contingency Water Supplies to support businesses during utility outages, available 24/7/365.
After completing an initial training phase alongside experienced drivers who will mentor you, you will transition to working independently on a 4 on/4 off shift schedule.
Given the nature of our water supply services intended for human consumption, our Quality Systems are stringent. Applicants will undergo internal training to ensure full understanding of the critical importance of our work.
