High Touch Implementation Specialist

As a pioneering member of the High Touch Implementation team within our expanding Professional Services department in the Customer Success organization, you will have the rare opportunity to influence this new implementation service and enhance the overall customer experience.
About the Role:
In your capacity as an Implementation Specialist for our High Touch segment, you will oversee and execute the comprehensive implementation of Ashby’s solutions for mid-market and smaller enterprise clients. Your portfolio will encompass 12-15 active implementations concurrently, each spanning 4-8 weeks. You will collaborate closely with customers to devise and implement strategies that guarantee a seamless customer journey and a swift realization of value. Your mission is to empower our customers, enabling them to quickly leverage Ashby to achieve their business objectives.
Qualifications:
Implementation & Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in leading implementation and onboarding projects within dynamic B2B SaaS environments. You excel in defining project scope, aligning stakeholders, communicating effectively, and delivering outcomes that meet or exceed expectations. You skillfully guide teams to hit milestones, thrive in remote work environments, and are open to minimal travel (<10%) for client engagements.
Technical Expertise: Proficient with complex, multi-module SaaS systems, with a solid grasp of shared configurations and data models. You are comfortable navigating analytics, conditional logic, and relational data; familiarity with Ashby’s systems is a bonus but not mandatory.
Customer Focus: You possess a deep understanding of customer needs, customizing implementations to address their specific requirements. By fostering strong relationships and maintaining high engagement levels, you serve as a proactive guide and advocate for clients throughout the implementation process.
Change Management: You have a proven track record of effectively managing change and navigating complex transitions while ensuring stakeholder buy-in and support.
