You will receive a combination of support training, practical experience, and personalized coaching from your supervisor in key areas including Store Operations, Business Management, Customer Experience, Floor Supervision, and Talent Management.
Successfully completing this program is your gateway to leadership roles within the company, providing you with the foundational skills necessary for effective store management and fostering strong collaborative relationships with your team.
The program features regular feedback sessions and 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins with your supervisor, encouraging your autonomous growth while ensuring robust career support from your team. Upon successful completion, you'll progress to the Assistant Manager role, where you'll engage in comprehensive store operations, including staffing, hiring and training, business analysis, driving sales success, visual merchandising, competitor analysis, and human resource management.
