Join our dynamic team at Hollister Co. as a Manager in Training (MIT) in Nanjing! This intensive 90-day blended-learning program equips you with the essential skills required to manage a multi-million-dollar retail operation. Throughout the program, you will receive comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and personalized coaching in critical areas such as Store Operations, Business Management, Customer Experience, Floor Supervision, and Talent Management.
Successfully completing this program is your first step towards a leadership role, providing you with a strong foundation for store management and fostering effective teamwork. Regular check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days ensure you receive the support you need to grow autonomously, while also benefiting from ongoing professional development from your supervisor and peers.
Upon completion, you will advance to the Assistant Manager position, where you will oversee various aspects of store operations, including staffing, hiring and training, business analysis, driving sales, visual merchandising, market analysis, and human resource management.
