As our Home Care Sales and Marketing Consultant, your role will involve connecting families in need with our valuable services, ensuring that seniors can enjoy a safe and joyful living environment at home.
Design and implement outreach strategies to drive new referrals.
Establish and nurture trusted relationships with hospitals, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other crucial partners.
Represent our agency at health fairs, networking events, and community gatherings.
Maintain records of leads, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Collaborate with care staff to provide a seamless experience for each client.
Consistently meet or exceed referral and growth objectives.
Proven experience in sales, outreach, or business development, preferably in healthcare, senior services, or home care.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships.
Familiarity with senior care and/or home care is advantageous.
Professional demeanor, driven, and motivated by meaningful work.
Possession of a valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel throughout Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple.
Competitive Base Salary + Commission
