We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to expand our team in the Salt Lake area. This role involves implementing tailored treatment plans to aid clients of all ages with cognitive, neurological, physical, sensory, feeding, and social/emotional functioning by delivering occupational therapy services in both home and community environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care that addresses the needs of clients and their families by conducting evaluations, interpreting assessment results, and developing personalized care plans with appropriate skilled interventions and goals.
- Assist both pediatric and adult patients in developing or regaining cognitive, neurological, physical, sensory, feeding, activities of daily living, and/or social/emotional functioning to enhance their independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and appropriate care for clients.
- Educate clients, their families/caregivers, and other healthcare personnel about the client’s treatment plan as necessary.
- Identify additional needs for services and provide referrals as needed.
- Prepare and submit documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
- Maintain clinical competency in occupational therapy theory and practice.
Compensation: $60-$70 per visit (visit duration varies)
