Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for hospitality positions (including but not limited to Waiters, Chefs, Baristas, Housekeeping staff, and Front Office personnel).
Identify and source candidates through various channels, including online job portals, referrals, databases, and walk-in interviews.
Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interviews aligned with client specifications.
Coordinate interviews, administer trade tests, and gather client feedback effectively.
Manage all recruitment documentation, including CV formatting and recruitment tracking systems.
Collaborate with clients, candidates, and internal teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and compliance with recruitment standards.
