Join our dedicated Support Services team as a Hospitality Services Assistant (Cleaners) at our Richmond and Eastern sites. Reporting to the Hospitality Services Operations Manager, your primary role will be to ensure a pristine and secure environment for our patients, medical professionals, and staff members during our night shifts, which run from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Your contributions will include:
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety across various areas, including theatres, clinical spaces, and offices.
- Executing thorough cleaning services, bed making, laundry handling, linen distribution, and waste management.
- Exhibiting respect, understanding, and compassion in all interactions with patients and team members.
- Collaborating effectively with a committed team to consistently deliver excellent services.

- An enthusiastic personality and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Comfort in working independently as well as part of a team, with direct patient interaction.
