Your Mission – Responsibilities:
- First Impressions Matter: As the face of our restaurant, you will be the first contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and unforgettable welcome.
- Guest Engagement & Support: You will guide our guests to their tables, ensure their comfort, and serve as their point of contact throughout their visit.
- Reservation Management: You will handle all aspects of reservations, from taking calls to optimizing table assignments using our reservation system.
- Multitalented Host: You possess organizational skills, catering to VIP guests with care, and ensuring smooth operations through your strong communication skills.
