Responsibilities:
- Oversee cash management tasks, including POS and Shift Reports.
- Manage inventory levels effectively to minimize losses using company protocols.
- Safeguard company assets while ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times.
- Maintain reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Lead a team independently while fostering a collaborative, energetic, and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Utilize phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers as needed.
- Perform all restaurant positions' duties, including pizza delivery.
- Communicate, train, and uphold quality standards among team members.
- Address customer concerns or issues swiftly and professionally.
- Work towards positioning Papa John’s as a market leader.
