Your Start: Household Assistant (First 8–10 Weeks)
During your initial phase, you will gain hands-on experience with our processes, patients, and core values.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist with cleaning, laundry, and shopping
Support patients with everyday tasks
Build trust and establish strong relationships
Familiarize yourself with our quality standards and team structure
Conduct introductory conversations with new patients
Network with social institutions, doctor's offices, and local partners
Distribute flyers and informational materials within the area
Develop and maintain regional contacts
Help expand our patient base
You are right in the thick of it, laying the groundwork for your next step.
Your Development: Team Leadership in Your Own Team
After successful onboarding, you will transition into a leadership role.
Your Additional Responsibilities as Team Lead:
Schedule and coordinate your team
Onboard new colleagues
Serve as a liaison between the team, administration, and patients
Ensure long-term, reliable care
You lead from the field, not from behind a desk.
Your Compensation – Fair & Transparent
Start Phase (Minijob, 8–10 Weeks):
15 €/hour base pay
- 3 €/hour thank-you bonus
As Team Lead:
15 €/hour base pay
- 3 €/hour thank-you bonus
- 3 €/hour team leadership bonus
Responsibility is visibly recognized with us.
Travel allowance of €0.30 per kilometer.
